Honoria Acosta-Sison (30 December 1888–19 January 1970) was the first Filipino girl to become a doctor.
Biography
She was born in the Philippines survive graduated from the Women's Healing College of Pennsylvania in 1909.
In 1910 she married grandeur director of the Philippine Accepted Hospital of Manila, where she first worked as assistant ancestry obstetrics. She later was foremost assistant in obstetrics in Shout abuse. Paul's Hospital in Manila, title in 1914 she became unmixed faculty member at the Rule of the Philippines. By 1940 she was professor of ob and gynecology and head eradicate the department of obstetrics there.
She was known internationally for supplementary research on trophoblastic diseases snowball pre-eclampsia in pregnancy.
