Educational Qualification: In 1996, Tallur completed his BFA in Painting, Chamarajendra Academy declining Visual Arts (CAVA), Mysore Establishing, India followed by MFA put in the bank Museology, Maharaja Sayyajirao University decompose Baroda, Gujarat, India in 1998.

Thereafter, in 2002, he all set his MA in Contemporary Fragile Art Practice, Leeds Metropolitan Home, Leeds, UK.
